Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Centre Manager/Facilities role in Maidstone to oversee day-to-day property operations, health and safety, budget reporting and client relationships.

You will work with the Building Manager and Asset Services team to ensure service excellence and value delivery for tenants and the local community. The role requires experience in facilities management, contract oversight, and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or a service driven environment.
• Experience in managing Hard Service contracts and technical knowledge.
• Experience with a Managing Agent is preferred.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations for the riverside shopping centre.
• Maintain HSE compliance and oversee health, safety and environmental tasks.
• Draft, manage and report service charge budgets and expenditures.
• Build relationships with tenants, occupiers and clients.
• Coordinate with Building Manager and asset services on capital works.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
• Ensure procurement policy adherence and vendor performance.
