Job summary

TECEZE in Warwick is seeking a Cisco Video Conferencing Installation Engineer to deploy and commission VC systems at client sites. You will install devices, configure networks, test functionality, and troubleshoot issues on site, ensuring professional cabling and documentation.

Travel to customer locations, work independently, coordinate with a Site SPOC, and ensure safety and quality standards are met during installation and commissioning of the VC suite.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Video Conferencing / Webex Room devices.
• Experience with VC equipment installation, cabling, configuration, and testing.
• Good knowledge of network connectivity and AV equipment.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install 5 Cisco Video Conferencing devices.
• 2 × Cisco Room Bar Pro with Ceiling Microphones.
• 2 × Cisco Room Bar Pro with Table Microphones.
• 1 × Cisco Room Kit EQ with Quad Camera.
• Perform complete cabling, connections, and device setup.
• Configure and commission all VC equipment.
• Conduct functional and connectivity testing.
• Troubleshoot any installation or configuration issues.
• Validate the complete system functionality with the Site SPOC.
• Ensure the installation is completed neatly and professionally.

• 2 × Cisco Room Bar Pro with Ceiling Microphones
• 2 × Cisco Room Bar Pro with Table Microphones
• 1 × Cisco Room Kit EQ with Quad Camera
• Perform complete cabling, connections, and device setup.
