Job summary

Cisco Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Team Lead to own delivery, support and improvement of the Cisco Collaboration environment. You will combine hands-on technical work with team leadership, guiding telephony and video services across a global, customer-focused setup.

The role requires senior expertise in Cisco UC, CMS, TMS and related endpoints, with a track record of leading teams and major incidents. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration environments.
• Strong expertise in CUCM,Unity Connection,Jabber, CMS, TMS and video endpoints.
• Solid knowledge of SIP and H.323 protocols.
• Experience with VMware v7/v8.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, projects, or service delivery.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Senior escalation point for complex incidents and outages.
• Lead Cisco Telephony and Videoconferencing projects from design to implementation.
• Drive Major Incident, Problem Management, and RCAs.
• Collaborate with customers, Service Delivery Managers, and technical teams.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, standards, and operational excellence.
• Maintain and review HLDs, LLDs, procedures and tech docs.
• Oversee testing, validation and implementation of hardware and configurations.
