Qualifications
- 5+ years in Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration environments.
- Demonstrated leadership of technical teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber and Cisco video solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents and outages.
- Lead Cisco Telephony and Videoconferencing projects from design through implementation.
- Drive Major Incident, Problem Management, and RCA activities.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and adherence to technical standards.
- Maintain and review HLDs/LLDs and technical documentation.
- Oversee testing, validation, and implementation of hardware/configurations.
