Job summary

Bromsgrove District Housing Trust Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Officer to deliver practical HR advice and payroll support across the organisation. You will coordinate payroll with our outsourced provider, maintain employee data, and contribute to HR policies and people practices.

The role requires CIPD Level 3 with 3+ years in a generalist HR role; CIPD Level 5 is advantageous. A driving licence and Basic DBS are noted qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package on offer.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualification with at least three years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience administering an outsourced payroll service is required.
• GDPR/compliance knowledge and attention to data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll cycle with outsourced provider and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and generate reports/analytics.
• Develop and contribute to HR policies, procedures and people practices.
