Job summary

bdht ltd. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to provide practical HR advice and support across the organisation, with a focus on payroll coordination and policy development.

You will be the trusted HR point of contact for managers and staff, maintain accurate records, produce workforce reports and analytics, and help ensure GDPR compliance. The ideal candidate has CIPD Level 3, 3+ years in a generalist HR role with outsourced payroll experience; a Level 5 qualification is

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualification with at least three years' experience in a generalist HR service.
• Experience administering an outsourced payroll service and advising managers and employees.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, GDPR compliance, and ability to prioritise deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and support across the organisation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with outsourced provider and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain employee records and produce workforce reports and analytics.
• Contribute to HR policies, procedures and people practices.
• Support workforce planning and organisational decision-making.
