ARC Group in Wisbech is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a privately owned business with over 40 years in the social housing sector. The role covers the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to payroll support, working closely with the Head of HR, managers and senior leadership.

The successful candidate will provide pragmatic HR guidance, manage offers and onboarding, maintain records, support payroll and assist with performance processes.

• HR generalist responsibilities spanning recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and payroll support.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Lead recruitment for white-collar positions.
• Manage offers, contracts, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
• Support disciplinary, grievance, investigation and absence processes.
• Assist with appraisals, inductions, interviews and exit interviews.
• Coordinate annual leave and absence records.
• Support payroll processes including timesheets, overtime, mileage, pensions.
