Job summary

Showcase Cinemas is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead the cinema guest experience, manage shifts and guide a team in delivering exceptional service. You will coach team members, ensuring every guest feels welcomed while upholding safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership experience in cinema or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure, with a focus on delivering a first-class film-going experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in cinema, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the cinema guest experience and drive service excellence.
• Manage shifts and guide a team to deliver quality guest service.
• Coach and develop team members to meet performance KPIs.
