Showcase Cinemas is seeking a General Assistant to deliver an unrivalled standard of guest experience with superior customer service and the ability to drive product sales. You will greet and guide guests through the cinema experience, work across ticketing, concessions, and cleaners responsibilities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

You do not need prior experience, but you should have an exceptional attitude toward customer service and a passion for cinema.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to cinema visitors by being helpful and pleasant, managing queues effectively.
• Serve at ticket and refreshment counters and keep cinema, auditoria and facilities clean and tidy.
• Answer customer queries about the latest releases with knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Ensure every guest has a great experience.
