Job summary

Showcase Cinemas UK is looking for a General Assistant to deliver an unrivalled guest experience with friendly service and to drive product sales. No prior experience is required, but a passion for cinema and a fantastic attitude to guest care are essential.

You will greet and guide guests through the cinema experience, work at ticket and refreshment counters, and help keep auditoria and facilities clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing guest needs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of guest experience at the cinema.
• Serve at ticket and refreshment counters; keep the cinema tidy.
• Answer guest queries about releases and cinema services.
• Contribute to driving sales through excellent guest interactions.
