Showcase Cinemas UK is seeking a Guest Experience Manager on a temporary maternity cover to lead the cinema guest experience, manage shifts and coach a team to deliver outstanding service.

You will ensure guests feel welcome, uphold health and safety standards, and drive KPIs while adapting to a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory/leadership experience in cinema, hospitality or retail.
• Passion for film and customer service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Solid understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Willingness to adapt to change and uphold standards.
