Job summary

ODEON requires a motivated leader to support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations. You will oversee Cinema Hosts, manage guest experiences across retail, ticketing, ushering and Costa Coffee, and ensure service aligns with brand standards.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness and compliance, with training provided. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and late shifts is essential to success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• People-first leadership style with clear, proactive communication.
• Strong problem-solving and safety-conscious mindset.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and late nights.
• Able to travel safely to late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Cinema Hosts during each shift.
• Oversee guest experience across all areas: retail, ticketing, ushering, and Costa Coffee operations.
• Ensure Costa Coffee quality and service meet brand standards.
• Deliver excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, compliance and food handling.
• Run shift briefings and make on-shift operational decisions.
• Coach team members to build skills, confidence and progression.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
