ODEON in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to lead the team and ensure smooth, memorable cinema operations from big releases to everyday moments. You’ll coach staff, maintain safety and service standards, and drive guest satisfaction across retail, ticketing and ushering.

Formación

• Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• A supportive, people-first leadership style.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High standards of safety, service, and operational delivery.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.
• A safe way to travel to and from late shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing and ushering
• Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
• Running shift briefings and making on shift-operational decisions
• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction
