Job summary

Apollo Fire Detectors is seeking a proactive Order & Customer Management specialist to own the end-to-end process for China and SEA. You will manage quotes, orders, pricing, and shipments, coordinating with Sales, Production, and Finance to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will respond to inquiries, maintain accurate data, and support revenue recognition and quarterly forecasts, while upholding company policies and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Native Mandarin speaker.
• Strong customer focus with relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Flexible and reliable during monthly business cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order and customer management for China & SEA.
• Create and manage all quotes with internal approvals.
• Enter and validate orders with accurate pricing and shipping details.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain and Warehouse to confirm lead times.
• Provide regular order updates to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain complete records for audits and revenue recognition.
