Job summary

Apollo Fire Detectors in Havant is seeking an Application Engineer for our International Sales team. You will act as a key technical contact for OEM and panel partners, championing customer voice and coordinating responses to inquiries, product changes and certifications.

Working with Account Managers and internal teams, you will update roadmaps, coordinate product releases, and ensure readiness for market while maintaining CRM records and timely communications across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with priority OEM and panel partners and translate their needs to internal teams.
• Coordinate partner inquiries, technical requests and ensure follow-through to resolution.
• Provide clear updates on roadmaps, product releases, changes, availability and approvals.
• Maintain CRM records of partner interactions and track actions, decisions and outcomes.
