Job summary

Apollo Fire Detectors, part of Halma plc, is seeking an Application Engineer for OEM & Panel Partners in Havant. You will be the technical contact for partners, coordinating responses, roadmaps and certification needs, and ensuring clear communication from enquiry to resolution.

You will work with Account Managers and internal teams to improve product readiness, partner confidence and launch readiness, while maintaining CRM records and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with priority OEM and panel partners with Account Managers.
• Coordinate partner enquiries and ensure responses reach internal teams.
• Provide clear updates on roadmaps, releases, changes and certifications.
• Track actions and progress in weekly System Product Review.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Systems, Engineering and Compliance on readiness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of enquiries, actions and outcomes.
• Identify risks to launch plans and provide timely updates to partners.
• Promote continuous improvement and consistent cross-functional communication.
