Job summary

Halma is seeking an order and customer management specialist for China & SEA to own orders, manage quotes, and ensure smooth post-sale processes. You will collaborate across Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to maintain data integrity, meet delivery targets, and deliver a high standard of customer experience.

You will support monthly cycles, track pricing and order status, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining compliance with policies and revenue recognition

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Mandarin required.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Flexible and reliable during monthly business cycles.
• Commercial awareness with good financial understanding.
• Effective communicator with internal stakeholders.
• Able to resolve issues within established policies.

Responsibilities

• Own China & SEA customer orders and relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer data and orderbook integrity.
• Provide timely order updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain and Warehouse on lead times and progress.
• Handle quotes creation/management and ensure necessary approvals.
• Collaborate with Export Shipping for customer collections and data uploads.
• Prepare weekly China & SEA revenue and forecast updates.
• Support audits and revenue recognition through complete records.
