Job summary

Culina is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the Chilled & Fresh division at our UK network. You will coordinate frontline responses, handle customer requests, and support the CS manager while liaising with other teams to keep operations flowing.

This role offers a 4 on 4 off shift from 6am to 6pm and a salary of £27,904 per annum, with opportunities to contribute to KPI reporting and service improvements across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Computer literate with MS Office.
• Excellent organisational skills in a busy environment.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to peak periods.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls for internal and external personnel.
• Problem solving for clients, customers and internal departments.
• Meeting customer and client expectations.
• Resolving customer and client queries.
• Collating information for client KPI packs and internal reporting.
• Maintaining a high level of customer/ client focus.
• Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner.
• Check PODs have cleared on the system, investigate and clear down unallocated PODs.
• Chase outstanding PODs from hauliers, depots, etc.
• Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.
