Job summary

Culina is seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Chilled & Fresh division in the UK. The role is full-time, 10am–7pm, Monday to Friday, with weekend cover as needed. Salary is £30,750 per year.

Responsibilities include debriefing drivers, checking timesheets and PODs, preparing driver packs and delivery notes, printing despatch notes, and updating spreadsheets. You will also handle calls, tachograph downloads and ETA communications.

Responsibilities

• Debrief drivers.

• Scan PODs and send to relevant Culina depots.
• Prepare drivers' packs and issue delivery notes.
• Print despatch notes and replenish despatch paper.
• Answer the telephone and assist with enquiries.
• Download drivers' cards / tachographs.
• Communicate ETAs to Customer Services.
• Update relevant spreadsheets and trackers.
• Depart loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
• Ensure uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
• Provide holiday and sickness cover (07:00–19:00, including weekends).

Job Description Life in this role

As part of our, Chilled & Fresh division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Operations Administrator

Salary: £30,750

Shift: Monday to Friday- 10am till 7pm. Must also be flexible to cover holidays and sick cover (7am till 7pm on weekends)

Main Responsibilities

• Correctly debriefing drivers.
• Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly.
• Scanning in of PODs and sending off to the relevant Culina depots
• Preparing drivers' packs and issuing delivery notes correctly any other relevant delivery information.
• Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required.
• Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries.
• Downloading drivers' cards / tachographs.
• Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services.
• Consistently updating relevant spreadsheets and trackers
• Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
• Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
• To provide holiday and Sickness cover which will be 07:00 - 19:00 which can include weekends
