Culina Group in the UK is hiring a Transport Support Operator for our Chilled & Fresh division. This role focuses on driver debriefs, POD handling, and run coordination to keep orders moving from supplier to shelf. You will work 4 on 4 off days, 7am–7pm, with a salary of £30,426 per year.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise work load to meet deadlines.
• Computer literate, MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and similar.

Responsibilities

• Correctly debriefing drivers.
• Check all timesheets for accuracy and ensure PODs are returned.
• Scan and store PODs using Culina’s DMS.
• Prepare drivers’ wallets and issue delivery notes in drop sequence.
• Print despatch notes and replenish despatch paper.
• Answer the telephone and assist with enquiries.
• Communicate ETAs to Customer Services.
• Update spreadsheets (change-overs, run summaries, trailer check sheets).
• Depart loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
• Ensure uplifts are dispatched in correct loads.
