Job summary

Culina is seeking a Client Support Administrator in its Chilled & Fresh division. The role is based in the UK with a 4-on, 4-off day shift from 06:00 to 18:00. The position is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with a salary of £27,912 per year.

You will be the first point of contact for key clients, handling queries, stock and order management, and liaising with internal teams to reach optimal solutions. Responsibilities include processing orders in SAP, maintaining inventory control, and

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders timely and accurately to ensure warehouse readiness.
• Enter manual orders on SAP with a 5-point check for each order.
• Chase missing or outstanding orders with clients and confirm receipt.
• Manage duplicate orders and confirm processing or cancellation with clients.
• Control customer shelf life settings within SAP and resolve SAP EDI issues.
• Cap and allocate stocks to orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Provide client reports within agreed timeframes and maintain traceability.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
