We are a solo residential children’s home, which means we provide individualised care and focused support to one young person at a time. The young people we care for often come to us with complex backgrounds and a range of emotional and behavioural needs. Supporting them can be challenging but is also rewarding; seeing their progress, no matter how small, gives us a strong sense of purpose and pride.

Our team works closely together, maintaining consistent boundaries and routines while sharing observations to ensure we respond appropriately to the young person’s needs. We also prioritise staff wellbeing, offering each other emotional support and regular communication to maintain a positive, resilient approach.
