Active Assistance in Liverpool (part of Active Care Group) is looking for a compassionate Children's Support Worker to help an 11-year-old boy with autism, epilepsy and challenging behaviour. You will support him at home, take him into the community and even go swimming with him.
A full UK driving licence is required to drive his automatic vehicle. Shifts run on Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm-8pm and Sundays 12pm-6pm.
Please note that for this role we require candidates that hold a full UK drivers’ licence to be able to drive the client’s automatic vehicle. This role is to support our 11 year old client who has autism, epilepsy and challenging behaviour in his family home and taking him out into the community. You must be willing to go swimming with him. You will be working alongside another Support Worker for all your shifts (2:1 care). We require a candidate that holds a full UK drivers’ licence to be able to drive the client’s automatic vehicle.
