Active Care Group in Stockport is seeking a Female Support Worker to help a 15-year-old girl with complex health needs in her family home.
You will work Thursday and Friday evenings (3pm–9pm) with occasional additional shifts; full training, holiday pay, Nest pension, and ongoing support from a Care Manager are provided. This role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 Part Schedule 9.

This role is to support a 15 year old girl who has complex needs due to a traumatic brain injury. She is a wheelchair user, has epilepsy, a mini button for feeds and meds, non-verbal and communicates using makaton and her communication book. She lives at home with her family, and we provide support in the family home.
