Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a part-time evening care worker in Southport to support a 15-year-old boy with complex needs, including Angelman syndrome, learning disabilities, epilepsy and wheelchair use. Family-home and community support is provided.

You will work weekday evenings from 4pm to 7pm, on a zero-hours contract, joining a double-up shift with another worker. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

About the role:

This role is to support a 15 year old boy in his family home and out in the community. Our client has complex needs including Angelman syndrome, learning disabilities, epilepsy, non-verbal, scoliosis, wheelchair user and hoist, gastrostomy. This is double up shifts (two support workers on shift together).

Shifts:

Weekday evenings (4pm-7pm)

In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
