This role is to support a 15 year old boy in his family home and out in the community. Our client has complex needs including Angelman syndrome, learning disabilities, epilepsy, non-verbal, scoliosis, wheelchair user and hoist, gastrostomy. This is double up shifts (two support workers on shift together).
Weekday evenings (4pm-7pm)
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
