Active Care Group is hiring for a part-time role in Southport to support a 15-year-old boy with complex needs in his family home and in the community.
Shifts are weekday evenings (4pm–7pm) with a flexible zero-hours contract; approximately 15 hours per week. Full specialist training and ongoing support are provided, plus access to the Active Learning Hub and pension benefits.

This role is to support a 15 year old boy in his family home and out in the community. Our client has complex needs including Angelman syndrome, learning disabilities, epilepsy, non-verbal, scoliosis, wheelchair user and hoist, gastrostomy. This is double up shifts (two support workers on shift together).
