Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking Residential Support Workers to help children and young people with SEMH needs in a supportive home setting. You will help with daily routines, school readiness, homework and activity planning, contributing to positive outcomes for each young person.

The role includes a 4‑week Care Academy induction, opportunities for progression, and a competitive benefits package along with salary incentives for good attendance and sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with young people with SEMH needs.
• UK driving licence required (held for at least 12 months).
• Desire to grow through our Care Academy induction.

Responsibilities

• Assist young people with morning routines and school preparation.
• Help with homework and planning activities.
• Complete paperwork and support daily activities and outings.
• Evenings and weekends include fun activities and supervision.
