Empower Family Group in Bridgwater, United Kingdom, is seeking a Residential Care Worker for full-time, permanent work. The role operates 2 days on, 4 days off with 48-hour shifts and sleep-ins, offering a salary of £32,425 to £34,501 per year (based on 162 hours monthly and 10 sleep-ins).

You will support young people to feel safe, build independence, and participate in education and activities, while modelling positive behaviour and safeguarding.

• A commitment to safeguarding children.
• Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards this
