About Us

Our aim is to provide a seamless service to the children/young people living in our homes, as such our bank staff are offered the same high-quality training as our full-time staff.

The company has ambitious expansion plans and we believe in “growing our own” skilled workforce so you might join as a bank worker but end up running your own home as a registered manager in a few years time!

Benefits for Bank Support Workers include:

  • Flexible hours to suit your needs
  • Competitive rates of pay
  • Paid, industry leading, face to face and online training
  • On site company vehicle

Role

You will be a dynamic and supportive person with excellent communication skills, a tolerant, kind and understanding attitude, alongside a strong level of emotional intelligence.

As a Residential Support Worker, you would have experience of working in Children’s Residential Homes. Ideally, you should be qualified with an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care (or similar), which is preferred but not essential for successful applicants.

You will complete our full training induction program, be committed to our values, and be flexible in your working week. We will give you some great opportunities to learn and grow within your career.

As part of our team, you will work hard to empower our young people, help them break through barriers, and experience a range of varied opportunities and activities while assisting permanent staff teams with duties.
