Our Children’s Home in Leyland is recruiting for Bank Residential Support Workers! We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and passionate individuals to join our support team. In this role, you will support young people by providing compassionate care during your shifts.

As part of our residential care team, you will aim to bring out the best in each young person by supporting and guiding them in daily activities. This may involve helping with school, accompanying them to activities (walking, horse riding, trampolining, Duke of Edinburgh, etc.), or assisting with daily routines such as mornings and evenings.
