Senior Children's Residential Care Worker - Warrington, WA2

Are you an experienced children's support worker seeking a new challenge? Join our highly valued team and embark on a rewarding career!

Salary: £34,084 - £37,509 per year, based on 10 sleeps per month, with an hourly rate of £12.95 - £14.60 (depending on qualification). Opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month, shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep-ins. Rota provided in advance. Our service operates 365 days a year due to its nature.

This service aims to positively change children's lives by providing top-tier specialist services. We seek nurturing, supportive individuals who can deliver high-quality care and help children achieve excellent outcomes.

Essential Requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK without restrictions
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practices
  • Values aligned with the organisation, such as a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations
