Our Children’s Home in Ribbleton is recruiting for Bank Residential Support Workers now! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and passionate individuals to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your shifts.

As a member of our residential care team, you will strive to bring out the best in every young person by supporting and guiding them in their daily lives. This could involve helping with school routines, accompanying them to activities (walking, horse riding, trampolining, Duke of Edinburgh, etc.), or assisting with daily tasks such as morning and night routines.
