As a member of our residential care team, you will strive to bring out the best in every young person by supporting and guiding them in their daily lives. This could involve helping with school routines, accompanying them to activities (walking, horse riding, trampolining, Duke of Edinburgh, etc.), or assisting with daily tasks such as morning and night routines.

Communication: Effective communication is vital to understand and meet the needs of young people, and teamwork ensures important information is shared.

Organisation: Confidence and organization are needed to update care plans and report relevant information.

Caring: A naturally caring and compassionate attitude is essential.

Attentiveness: Understanding each young person’s unique needs and identifying how to support them is crucial.

We provide a supportive, collaborative environment where you can develop your career and find fulfillment by helping those in need.

If you want residential childcare to be a job for life, Aspris Children’s Services will support you in that journey.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must undergo safeguarding screening, including DBS checks and references from recent employers involving children or vulnerable adults. References may be requested before interviews for roles within our schools.
