Job summary

Esland Care in Macclesfield is seeking a Children\'s Residential Support Worker to provide safe, nurturing care and emotional support to looked-after children. Your days will include routines, activities, and consistent, positive role-model behavior.

This full-time role offers a pay package of £35,122–£35,745 per year and enhanced overtime opportunities. Employment is subject to Enhanced DBS, right-to-work and reference checks, with rotas provided in advance and ongoing career progression.

Pay rate: £35,122 - £35,745 per annum (based 10 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour *). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate. Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance. Location: Macclesfield Work that matters: We're a 365-day service because children need us every day.
