Homes2Inspire, part of Shaw Trust Group, is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker in Wellingborough. You will safeguard young people, offer a caring role model, and support daily routines, meals and activities within a 40-hour week.

The role includes 1–2 sleep-ins per week and opportunities for funded training. We value compassion, resilience and strong communication to build trusting relationships with young people and families while maintaining accurate records and supporting life

Competenze

• Compassion, patience and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to work towards QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (fully funded).
• Honesty, empathy and a commitment to being a positive role model.
• Drivers with a FULL UK license are essential.
