We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Children's Registered Manager to lead and oversee the operation of an existing children's care home within a reputable care organization. This vital role involves ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for children in our residential setting. As a Children's Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional care tailored to each child's needs.

You must have Ofsted experienced Children`s Registered Manager experience to be considered.

Starting salary is £55,120 with the potential to earn around £64,120 in bonuses +£3k or company care

Duties

• Lead the day-to-day management of the children's care home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all residents
• Supervise and mentor staff members, promoting professional development and maintaining high standards of care delivery
• Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring compliance with legal and safety protocols
