Job summary

Frontier Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a national children\'s residential home provider for a Registered Manager position at a 5-bed EBD home in the United Kingdom. You will oversee operations, ensure high standards of care and safety, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with regulatory requirements.

The role requires Ofsted-experienced Children\'s Registered Manager capabilities, leadership of staff teams, and effective safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• Must have Ofsted-experienced Children's Registered Manager background.
• Experience leading a children's residential care home.
• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the children's care home to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
• Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional development and high standards of care.
• Oversee medication administration, ensuring legal and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate care plans, incident records and regulatory documentation.
