Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Manager for a brand-new 2-bed EBD home in North West London. You’ll lead from registration to a thriving service, with the autonomy to shape culture and build your team from scratch.

You’ll secure Ofsted registration, recruit and develop staff, and drive high safeguarding standards while building strong links with authorities. A genuine voice in service development and long-term progression awaits.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential childcare (or near completion)
• Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Experience supporting young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD)
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge
• Ambition, resilience and passion for positive outcomes

What You'll Be Doing

Who we're Looking For

You may already be a Registered Manager looking for a fresh challenge.

Or you could be an experienced Deputy Manager who knows they're ready for their first registration.

Either way, you'll need:

• Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or be close to completion)
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Experience supporting young people with EBD
• A proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge
• Ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes
