Job summary

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an opportunity to take full ownership of a children's home and make a genuine difference? I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed EBD children's home in the L40 area. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong, child-focused manager who wants to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a home and help create an environment where children can feel safe, supported and able to thrive.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the effective operation of the home, ensuring excellent standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained. You will lead the home's staff team and work closely with children, families and external professionals to ensure each young person receives personalised support that reflects their individual needs and goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
