Job summary
Brook Street Social Care is seeking a Registered Manager to launch and lead a 2-bed Ofsted-regulated children's residential home for young people with EBD and complex needs in Stoke-on-Trent.
You will build and lead the team, ensure outstanding care standards, safeguarding, and drive service development under a supportive leadership structure.
Qualifications
- Experienced Children's Residential Registered Manager.
- Strong Ofsted knowledge and compliance experience.
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards).
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
