Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home.
• Proven positive Ofsted inspection outcomes.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (completed or working towards).
• Level 3 or 4 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
• Experience supporting children with EBD and complex needs.
• Excellent safeguarding, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to register with Ofsted.
• Right to work in the UK.

Are you an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager looking for an exciting new challenge?

We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a newly established, two-bedroom children's residential home in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a new service, build a dedicated team and deliver outstanding, therapeutic, child-centred care.
