Job summary

Elite Search Associates Limited seeks a Registered Manager to establish and lead a new 2-bed children’s home in Dudley, supporting young people with EBD. You’ll recruit and develop the team, shape the home culture, and drive regulatory compliance with Ofsted from registration to operation.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and proven leadership in children's residential care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a children's residential setting.
• Previous experience as Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or in a senior leadership role within a children's home.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements, Children’s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
