Job summary

YourRecruit Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a 2-bed EBD children's home in Leicester. You will lead the team, ensure safeguarding and high standards of care, and drive positive outcomes for looked-after children.

You will oversee care plans, risk assessments, placement planning, and ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015. This full-time role offers salary up to £65,000 and the opportunity to develop a Good Ofsted-rated home.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a children's residential setting.
• Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience supporting children and young people with EBD.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children.
