Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed EBD home in Uxbridge, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.

You will shape culture, values and direction of the service, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and manage Ofsted compliance through registration and inspections, with strong impact on outcomes for children and young people. Qualifications

• Registered Home Manager with proven track record in childrens residential care.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children5 Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Experience supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
• Ideally experience managing Ofsted registration for a childrens home.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Confident leader who can recruit, develop and inspire high-performing teams.
• Passionate about creating safe, nurturing and therapeutic environments for young people.
• Proven ability to drive standards of care, safeguarding and compliance.
• Experience building relationships with local authorities, professionals and other stakeholders.
• Organised and resilient, with the ability to lead a service through registration, growth and future Ofsted inspections.
• Committed to achieving exceptional outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• An experienced Registered Home Manager with a proven track record in children’s residential care
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Experience supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
• Ideally, experience successfully managing the Ofsted registration process for a children’s home
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
