Job summary

Total Care Matters Ltd. is seeking Residential Support Workers to join our therapeutic homes for children and young people aged 8-18 across the East Midlands. You will provide day-to-day care, guidance and emotional support to help them build confidence and resilience.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Passion for supporting children and young people.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and strong communication skills.
• Experience working with children and/or a Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential.

The Role

We're looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers.

You'll play a vital role in supporting young people to overcome challenges, develop life skills, achieve their goals, and build positive memories. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll help create a stable and supportive home environment where young people can thrive.
