Job summary

Total Care Matters Ltd in the East Midlands is seeking Residential Support Workers to support children and young people aged 8–18 across our nine homes. You will help them overcome challenges, develop life skills, and build positive memories within a safe, nurturing home environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK required.
• Experience with children or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and strong communication skills.

About Total Care Matters:

At Total Care Matters, we provide therapeutic residential care for children and young people aged 8–18 across our nine homes in the East Midlands. We support young people who have experienced significant adversity, helping them build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures. Our teams create safe, nurturing environments where children feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their potential.

As part of our commitment to delivering outstanding care, we are working towards DDP (Dyadic Developmental Practice) accreditation, further embedding trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches across our homes.

The Role

We're looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting young people to overcome challenges, develop life skills, achieve their goals, and build positive memories. Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll help create a stable and supportive home environment where young people can thrive.
