Total Care Matters Ltd in the East Midlands is seeking caring Residential Support Workers to help young people aged 8–18 build confidence, resilience and life skills within our nine homes. You will provide day-to-day care, support education and promote safety in a nurturing, trauma-informed environment.

At Total Care Matters, we provide therapeutic residential care for children and young people aged 8–18 across our nine homes in the East Midlands. We support young people who have experienced significant adversity, helping them build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures. Our teams create safe, nurturing environments where children feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their potential. As part of our commitment to delivering outstanding care, we are working towards DDP (Dyadic Developmental Practice) accreditation, further embedding trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches across our homes.
We're looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll help create a stable and supportive home environment where young people can thrive.
Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check and safer recruitment checks.
