Bright Futures Homes in Wisbech is seeking a Full-time Residential Childcare Worker to join a Caring, Ambitious, Highly Skilled team supporting young people who have experienced trauma. You will need a Driving Licence (required) and GCSE or equivalent (preferred). Level 3 in Residential Childcare is preferred.

Ideally you would have experience of working in a children's home, but do not be put off if you do not, we are looking for qualities such as: Resilience, Kindness, Calm under pressure, Problem solvers, Good sense of humour, Initiative and Inspirational characters.
We take safeguarding very seriously and this role is subject to extensive reference and recruitment checks including an Enhanced DBS certificate.
