Children’s Home Registered Manager

Join us to apply for the Children’s Home Registered Manager role at Key Health.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Level 5 Qualified Registered Manager to oversee a new service for a small 2-bedded home in Stoke. Additionally, we are recruiting dual registered managers for upcoming homes in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a therapeutic, trauma-informed care environment for vulnerable young people.
  • Build and support a team, including two Deputy Managers, with backing from an experienced Responsible Individual with over 20 years of sector experience.
  • Ensure compliance with The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and related legislation.
  • Access to full-time psychotherapists and weekly clinical supervision for staff.
  • Achieve excellent OFSTED outcomes with a bonus structure tied to these results.
