Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager for a new 4-bed children's home in Nottingham. This role involves working closely with the directors to set up the home, including recruitment, registration, and ensuring full occupancy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in setting up a new home, at least five years of experience managing a children's home, and hold a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with directors to establish and set up the new home.
- Recruit and train staff to provide high-quality care.
- Oversee the registration process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home.
- Ensure the home is fully occupied and meets the needs of the children.

Requirements:
- Minimum of five years' experience managing a children's home.
- Proven experience in setting up a new home.
- Level 5 NVQ in Leadership or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
