Children's Home Management Vacancy - EBD - Existing Home - Nottingham

Pay and Bonuses:

• Package up to £59,500
• Up to £45,000, + £14,500 in bonuses
• Up to £5,000 OFSTED rating bonus

Job Information:

• OFSTED Registered Manager
• Managing a 4 bedded residential care home for children and young people
• Supporting young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
• Settled staff team, to manage and develop
• Work alongside HR to assist with recruiting and managing staff
• Work with RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and can create positive outcomes for children and young people
• Joining an industry-leading organisation that specialise in residential support for children and young people
• Nottingham based
